Industry Leading Returns Process

At Phoenix Cellular we have worked hard to develop one of the fastest and fairest returns process and policies in the industry.

As you would expect, we only work with the most reliable and highest quality suppliers, but the reality is that with consumer electronics things can and do go wrong.

Returns Process

We pride ourselves on being able to process and credit any faulty handsets within 5-7 working days after arrival back at our distribution centre, a level of performance which few, if any, in the mobile industry can match.

Returns Avoidance

Our technicians carry out at least 20 individual tests on each device, using the latest software to confirm that all the functions of the device are fully working and it is network and security lock-free, you can be assured that no single device leaves our warehouse in anything but full working order.

We always review our returns, allowing us to scrutinise our processes and prevent any future issues.

Our current return rate is below 5%, industry leading for used and refurbished devices and a testament to the efforts we put in to make sure our stock is of the highest quality.
